We care deeply about supporting your health and our own health. As service dog trainers, we particularly serve the community of people with disabilities and chronic health issues, which means many of our clients are in high-risk groups for complications from COVID.
We have put a lot of thought into creating policies that meet our commitment to the our clients’ and our own well-being and that also provide the best quality dog training services in New England. The contract below will ask you to agree to
- Notify us and/or stay home from outdoor/on-site lessons if you or your household members are sick or may become sick
- Wear a mask and keep social distance during on-site/in-person lessons
It also explains that if you miss a class or lesson because you are ill or were exposed to COVID, you will NOT forfeit that class. We will work with you to make sure your dog still receives training services.
Lastly, please be aware that you are contracting for training services, not the manner in which services are provided. In the event of weather or other issues that prevent training outside, for group classes, we will move your class online. For private lessons, depending on the situation, we may reschedule or move classes online.
We are excited to train with you and your dog! We truly love this work. We love our clients and their dogs. We want to keep you all healthy. Please get in touch with any questions!
